Mildred Meldrum's Obituary
Mildred Meldrum, age 94, of Marine City, passed away January 3, 2021. She was born June 23, 1926 in New Baltimore to the late Anthony and Frances Kettel.
On February 15, 1947 Mildred married Arthur J. “Bud” Meldrum. He preceded her in death in 1992. Following the passing of her husband, Mildred went back to school and proudly received her GED in 1995. Her family will always remember her passion for caring for children. Mildred was a member of Our Lady on the River Parish and served as Eucharistic Minister at Holy Cross Church for many years.
She is survived by her children, Michael (Pam) Meldrum, Jackie Keller, Jill (Larry) Prieskorn and Patrick (Darlene) Meldrum; grandchildren, Keri (Aaron) Powell, Michael (Jessica) Keller, Danielle Keller, Joelle Keller, Kateri Graham, Teaona Prieskorn, Amanda (Dave) Steier and Alicia (Brian) Archibald; great grandchildren, Joey, Jackson and Jason Powell, Hendrix Ursitti, Arthur Keller, Donnie and Kristiona Riley, Bryson Phillips and Bentley and Brayden Archibald and step grandchildren, Jennifer Helser and Larry Prieskorn Jr.
