Mrs. Mildred M. Green's Obituary
Mildred M. Green, age 99, longtime resident of Marine City, died August 17, 2014. She was born January 13, 1915 in Detroit to the late William and Frances Whitman. On June 18, 1955 Mildred married Joseph W. Green. He preceded her in death in 1987. Mildred was a member of Holy Cross Church, Our Lady on the River Parish, Marine City.
She is survived by her nephew; Gerald Whitman, godson; Ken (DeAnne) Krueger and many dear cousins.
Cremation has taken place and a Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled Thursday September 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Our Lady on the River Parish, Marine City. Urn interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City.
