Mildred T. Bondy's Obituary
Mildred T. Bondy, age 86, of St. Clair, died peacefully at Mallards Landing on Friday, November 27, 2015. She was born on December 2, 1928 in Plainfield, New Jersey and has been a long term resident in St. Clair since 1957. She married Patrick G. Bondy on November 7, 1953. He preceded her in death in 1999.
Mildred is survived by her eight children; Robert Bondy, Michael Bondy, Thomas (Martha) Bondy, Timothy (Jodi) Bondy, Theresa (Richard) Eisen, Stephen (Lisa) Bondy, Jeffery (Sonda) Bondy and Patrick (Colleen) Bondy, 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, brothers; Ted Steenland and Richard (June) Steenland and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter in law, Le Bondy and siblings; Henry, Mary, Charlie, Bill and Elsie.
The family extends their deep gratitude to the staff of Mallards Landing for treating their mother like family and always making her feel at home and also Reverence Hospice for their wonderful care.
Funeral mass will be Tuesday December 1st at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Mildred’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
