Michelle Ann Knight's Obituary
Michelle Ann Knight, age 58, passed away after a long, courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis on March 31, 2021. She was born in St. Clair on August 15, 1962 to the late Leroy and Suzanne Grabowski. She grew up in Marine City, graduating from Marine City High School in 1981. Michelle worked as a realtor for Sine Realty for many years. After her time at Sine, Michelle started her own jewelry business, Tara’s Treasures, in Marysville. Michelle was a hardworking, driven person who enjoyed charity work, gardening, and beading with her friends. She was a kind, caring, selfless person who insisted on helping others. She put everyone’s needs before her own. Michelle was the beacon of light to all those around her.
She is survived by her children, Trent and Tara Knight; siblings, Huck Grabowski, Dennis Grabowski, Rose Bryson, Kim Dyer-Svetic, Karen Price, Harry Price, Kathy Hess, as well as many close family members and friends.
A funeral service would be Wednesday, April 7th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, April 6th from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. as well as one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Wednesday. Memorials are suggested to the wishes of the family.
