Michael D. Ochadleus' Obituary
Michael David Ochadleus 58 yrs. young, went to meet his Savior on December 15th, 2023 after 3 months of fighting back several complications he endured from a double lung transplant at U of M Hospital in September.
He was born to Marjorie Frances Ochadleus & Lawrence David Ochadleus on December 28, 1964.
Michael was a simple man. He loved anything that had to do with the Great Outdoors and his Dog, Jethro. Boating, Hunting and Fishing were just a few of his favorites. He also enjoyed refinishing old Chris Craft Boats something he learned to do with his Father in his younger years. Michael looked forward to spending time with his children more than anything. The only gift he ever asked for on his Birthday, Father’s Day, or Christmas was “Their Time”.
He was quick to lend a hand to anyone that asked. Michael loved the Catholic tradition he was raised on. He attended St. Christopher’s church in Marysville, Mi and he was Faithful in finding a Mass wherever we traveled.
He was a member of Canada Creek Hunt Club in Atlanta, Mi. and his favorite place to be was up at his cabin or on anywhere on the water, which was where he had spent much of his childhood. He never turned down an offer of Breakfast or coffee with his closest friends.
He loved early mornings of quiet, watching out the windows from wherever he might be to spot the birds and wildlife waking up.
Although Mike had to endure progressing health issues over the last two years, he never complained. Instead, he found most often a way to work around them. He was a force to be reckoned with.
A special Thank You to his Best Friends - John Dinkel, Bill (Kris) Pierson, Eric Liniarski, his nephew; Don Liniarski and Dad. You gave him many happy memories and were very special to him.
He is survived by his loving wife Anne Marie, children; Josh and Larry Ochadleus, Amber Dunbar, Nathan, and Hannah Williams, & Ryan and Lauren Dooley; mother Marjorie Ochadleus.
