Michael P. Miller's Obituary
Michael P. Miller, age 76, of Marine City, passed away peacefully at home on May 17, 2018. He was born September 16, 1941 to the late Eric and Mayme Miller. On Januuary 11, 1964 Michael married Karen Roehring at Holy Cross Church, Marine City.
Mike worked for the Chrysler Corp. in Center Line, Michigan. He loved fishing, hunting and played in local softball leagues for many years. He was an overall sports enthusiast.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Karen Miller; children, Cheryl (Jim) Gange and Eric (Jackie) Miller; grandchildren, Kelsie and Kylie Gange and Jacob Miller and sister in law, Cynthia Scott.
He was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers. The family would like to thank the staff of Blue Water Hospice for the compassionate care given to Mike.
Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 21st at Holy Cross Catholic Church at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady on the River Parish, Marine City. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City. Visiting hours are Sunday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary recital at 4:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Monday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at church prior to mass.
