Meaghan M. Adams' Obituary
Meaghan Mary Adams, born December 16th, 1980, passed away Wednesday, April 29th.
She was the beloved daughter of Carroll “Butch” Adams and Rose Maloney. While her mom was alive, Rose devoted her whole life to Meaghan.
After her mom passed, she had the same caregivers for 14 years who loved her like family. Her sister Bridget Rose Adams grew up with her during her young life, sharing countless joyful moments dancing and laughing together. When they were younger, Bridget would play Nintendo while Meaghan watched with delight, and they’d laugh and dance for hours.
Her brothers Shannon and Jason Adams would visit from Plymouth on weekends, adding warmth to the family. She is also survived by her cousins who loved her deeply.
Though autistic, nonverbal, and living with cerebral palsy, Meaghan touched a lot of lives and brought light to everyone around her, playing clever tricks that always made her sister smile. Bridget will miss her sister forever and carries a love for her that will never fade. She will be deeply missed by her entire family and all who knew her.
Graveside committal service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Clair. Arrangements have been entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China Twp. To leave the family a message of comfort please visit: https://www.youngcolonial.com
