I am so sorry for your loss. I will always have a special place in my heart for MaryAnn as our fathers worked together long before I had an opportunity to get to know and work with her. She was a special person and will be missed by all.
Scott and family, so very very saddened and sorry to hear about MaryAnn. We worked together at Cadillac CRC in the 90's but have kept in touch since then. That's just the type of person Mary Ann was and we had the "only child" thing in common which we both understood as our friends are our family. We visited your house in Northville several times and she always talked about the house on Putygut Rd. Her humor, zest for life, humbleness and relationships with people speak for themselves with how many people she knew, were friends with and kept lasting relationships. Just this past Fall we tried to hook up around Petoskey/Walloon Lake but it didn't work out, so wish it had as life is too short and she left us way too early. Our hearts are broken by the passing of MaryAnn. We will always remember her as a pure spirit of joy and determination -- never bashful about her opinions, but oh so funny in the way she delivered them. Her love for people and animals was amazing -- not sure which one she loved best, but nevertheless, an enduring testimony for all of us to live by.
