Mary Elizabeth McQueary's Obituary
Mary E. McQueary, age 91, of East China, passed away October 13, 2017. She was born January 2, 1926 in St. Clair to the late Verne and Alva Bostick.
She worked as a social worker for the State of Michigan for many years. She enjoyed many things including; gardening, painting, knitting, stained glasswork, and loved to travel.
She is survived by her children; Joan Deas, Betty McQueary, Lynn McQueary, Bruce (Diane) McQueary, James McQueary, and Karen McQueary. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter; Catherine McQueary and brothers; Howard and Robert Bostick.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19 at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Rosehill Cemetery, East China Twp.
