Mrs. Mary I. Fahs' Obituary
Mary I. Fahs, age 60, of China Twp., died January 24, 2014. She was born October 5, 1953 to Thomas and Marguerite Daly in Marine City. On September 19, 1987 Mary married Melvin Fahs in Marine City.
Mary worked for Instaset in shipping and receiving and bartended at Gord's Bar for 22 years.
Mary enjoyed making quilts and working in her vegetable garden. She also loved to travel and her favorite trip was to England and Scotland.
She is survived by her loving husband Melvin Fahs of China Twp. and beloved niece Deanna Schrock of Texas and many cousins and close friends. She was predeceased by her brother Tom Daly.
A Memorial Service will be conducted Wednesday January 29th at 1:00 p.m. at the Southeastern Michigan Conservation Club, 2402 Belle River Rd. East China Twp. with a luncheon following. Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
