I graduated from Miss Hall’s School Pittsfield, Massachutes in 1958 and Briarcliff College New York. I married R. Patrick Duffy in 1963, moved to St. Clair in 1975 and lived in the country with many different animal’s cats, dogs, horses, chickens. I was a member of the foster parent’s program through the Council on Aging, which was very rewarding and enlightening. I also enjoyed basket weaving, quilting, jigsaw puzzles and was very proud of my builder’s license obtained in the late 70’s.
I am survived by my granddaughter, Abigail E. (Tim) Kubiak; nephews, George M. Black III, Ben Black; 3 great grandsons.
Preceding me in death are my parents, George and Anne; daughter Sheila (Duffy) Zimmer; and brother, George Black III.
