Mary Borgacz's Obituary
Mary Borgacz, age 87, of East China Twp., died April 18, 2010 following a long illness.
She was born August 10, 1922 in Hamtramck to the late Adam and Helen Borgacz.
Mary was an accountant with A & P retiring after 46 years of employment.She enjoyed traveling, was an accomplished seamstress, doing word puzzles, reading, watching old movies, and listening to music.
She is survived by her sister Dolores Lozowski, Brother in law; Walter Skawski, Nieces and Nephews; Sharon McCulloch, David Lozowski, Cynthia (Larry) Rombach, Edward (Kathy) Lozowski, Thomas (Candice) Lozowski, Walter Jr. (Connie)Skawski, Kathleen Rezanka, Elaine Johnson and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister; Jane Skawski and brothers; Michael and Walter Borgacz. The family of Mary Borgacz wishes to extend special thanks to Cindy and Larry Rombach and Melissa Lozowski, who went beyond the call of duty in their care for the well being of Aunt Mary. She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
A memorial service will be held Saturday May 1, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp. The family will receive visitors prior to the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon.
In leiu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or the Salvation Army.
