Marvin F. Westrick's Obituary
Marvin F. Westrick, age 74, of St. Clair. I went home to be with our Lord our God on October 30, 2017, surrounded by my loving family. My soul peacefully passed on with the strength and love of my brothers and sisters watching over me.
To my loving wife of 52 years, Gail, you are and will always be my beautiful bride. Thank you for being my partner and love of my life. To my children, Tracy (Paul) and Kaylyn, you are the best decisions your mother and I could have made. I love you with all my heart. To my grandchildren, Heather and Alexis, I am so proud of the beautiful young ladies you have grown into. To my siblings I have left behind, Joyce (Jerry) Cooley, Ken, Katie (Joe) Distelrath, Ervin, Alvoy (Marilyn), Vern (Margie), Alfred (Joyce), Jack (Alyce) and my sisters in law, Catherine Anne, Bernice and Mary Louise, thank you for all the heartfelt memories of our years together. And to my brothers and sisters that have passed on before me, Raymond (Ann), Leo, Lloyd and Edward, I will soon reunite with you and our parents, Raymond and Mary Westrick to watch over our loving family together.
Marvin is also survived by brother in law and sister in law, Jack Kelly and Catherine (Gene) L’Heureux and many nieces and nephews.
Marvin served as a Guardsman with the Army National Guard and retired from Operators Engineers Local 324 and Raymond Excavating after 42 years of service and was an avid farmer until his passing.
