Mr. Marvin W. Burmann's Obituary
Marvin Burmann ,83, of East China, died Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Medilodge of St. Clair.
He was born June 22 1930 in Casco to the late William and Mamie Burmann. He married Helen M. Henderson on August 22, 1953 in Anchorville.
Marvin served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Marvin worked for the St. Clair County Road Commission for 36 years. He retired from St. Clair County Road Commission in 1986. Marvin was a member of St. James United Church of Christ in Casco Michigan.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Helen Burmann, five daughters; Linda Burmann, Mary Hill, Carol (Todd) Duceatt, Donna (Donald) Vickers and Ruth Burmann; five grandchildren; Donnie, Nikki, Andrew, Kyle and Maribeth; seven great grandchildren, Brandon, Brian, Lexi, Bella, Milli, Gretta and Brayden.
Viewing will be held at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Friday, June 20th from 2 pm- 9pm. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 21st, 2014 in St. James United Church of Christ , 9008 Meisner Road Casco, Michigan 48064.
