Mr. Martin Dewey's Obituary
Martin Dewey, age 92, of East China Twp., died November 25, 1920. He was born May 3, 1920 in Marine City. On September 20, 1958 Martin married Eva Laurraine Swiney. She preceded him in death on September 25, 2010. He cherished the 52 years of marriage that he and his wife shared.
Martin was a tool and die maker for Baker Manufacturing in Marine City. He enjoyed his time spent with his family and loved playing cards.
He will be deeply missed by his 22 nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers; Donald, Harvey and James Dewey, sisters; Elaine Michelson, Gayle Higgins, Verona Hoffman, Shirley Becker, Eugenia Edwards, Virginia D'Arcy and Genevieve Brake.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday November 30th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Thursday 2 - 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
