Martha Gauthier's Obituary
Martha Gauthier, age 67, of St. Clair, passed away June 11, 2021. She was born August 4, 1953 in Mt. Clemens to the late John and Mavis Wiseman. On May 16, 1992, Martha married Fred Gauthier Jr.
Martha enjoyed her work at Chrysler and retired from the Product Development Division. She also enjoyed spending her winters in Zephyrhills, Florida, where she was a member of the Eagles, Moose and Elks. Martha was always generous of her time and willing to help others in need, especially the elderly. Whether she was in Michigan or Florida, Martha always looked forward to a spirited game of cards with anyone that was up to the challenge.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Fred Gauthier Jr.; children, Beth (Jeremy) Obermesik, Aaron (Denise) McKay, Fred Gauthier III and Mike Gauthier; grandchildren, Tod Jr (Ajia)., Emma, Adler, Ashtun, Lathan, Kayin and Annika; great grandson, Greyson; sister, Jane (Richard) Hollobaugh; brothers in law and sisters in law, Linda (Andy) Bennett, Mike (Sonja) Gauthier, Walt (Sharon) Gauthier, Terry (Dave) Charest, Mark (Michele) Gauthier, Darlene Vitale, Brian Gauthier, Denise (John) Johns and Paul Pauly and many nieces, nephews and special friends.
In addition to her parents, Martha was predeceased by her siblings, Thomas J. Wiseman, Linda Seplavida, Richard B. Wiseman and John L. Wiseman.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, July 25th at 3:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Sunday, July 25th 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to service.
