Mark enjoyed hunting in the UP. He spent his time splitting wood (a lot of it), helping his friends, cooking breakfast on Saturday for his kids and grandkids, and playing euchre with family and friends. You could always find Mark in his lime green shirt, blue jeans and a Budweiser in hand. He was the person who brought life to a party, always smiling and laughing. He brought joy to everyone around him, there was never a frown on anyone’s face when Mark was in the vicinity. Mark emitted love. He wouldn’t tell you, he would show you through his actions. Mark was a devoted father/papa, a dedicated friend who would give you the shirt off his back. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. Marks memory will live on with the rest of us for the rest of our lives. He will never be forgotten as the man he was.
It’s not goodbye, it’s a see you soon chunk.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. To leave the family a message of comfort please visit: www.youngcolonial.com
