Mark J. Hodgins' Obituary
Mark J. Hodgins, age 60, of China Twp., passed away October 12, 2025, following a lengthy illness. Mark was born February 7, 1965, in Port Huron to the late Peter Thor and Jackie Hodgins.
On September 2, 1993, Mark married Lynn Bougenoy and they enjoyed 32 years of marriage. Mark enjoyed movies and music, and over the years he would retain a vast amount knowledge about songs and specific scenes from movies. He also was a “Foodie” and would test out new recipes on his family. Mark was also an avid sports fan that enjoyed the Detroit Tigers, but was a die hard Red Wing fan.
Mark is survived by his wife, Lynn Hodgins; children, Adam (Autumn) Hodgins, Trevor Hodgins and Tiffany Spranger; grandchildren, Aidan, Kaelynn and Bryson; siblings, Linda Wagner and Leslie Fye; father in law, Jules Bougenoy; brother in law, Randy Bougenoy, and several nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Kammer and mother in law, Carol Bougenoy.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 17th at the St. Clair Lions Club, 4900 St. Clair Hwy., China Twp. from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
