Mrs. Marilyn Holsbeke's Obituary
On February 26, 2015, Marilyn raised up to the heavens by her father, Frederick L. Reynolds and her mother, Marie L. Martin Reynolds. There she joined her brothers, Frederick P. Reynolds and Michael R. Reynolds. As they stood beside her in heaven she sat with great granddaughter Aubreana Renae Gillis in one arm and great grandson, Parker James Seabrook in the other. All are smiling and happy as the fighting to stay on earth was over, she is in a much better place.
Marilyn was born March 6th, 1945. She married Michael R. Holsbeke June 26, 1982 in St. Clair.
Marilyn enjoyed motorcycling, the computer, being with family and friends, always smiling no matter the reason. She loved playing pool, cards, and cribbage. Plus she was very humorous....she never bought into the SAD affair of things...there was always a joke....
Marilyn was a fighter, she was a very strong willed lady. When her time was not it IT was NOT IT and she fought to stay alive. She had been through cancer twice, heart attack, motorcycle accident twice
(and still got back on to ride), loss of her kidneys, then a kidney transplant that lasted 13 years. Yet she kept going...was NOT her TIME till now.
She loved her family beyond reproach. She was the "MAMA TIGER" and you didn't mess with her kin at all.
Leaving behind until we meet again her amazing husband, Michael R. Holsbeke whom she loved more than life itself. Daughters that she was so proud to call hers; Jaime JoAnne Rice; Lansing, Shelley Colleen Baker (Daryl), Ypsilanti, Michigan, Leslie Suzanne Gillis, Emmett, Michigan; Rebecca Joan (Holsbeke) Scott, (Jamie) Carson City, NV, Son; Scott Nicholas Michael (Holsbeke), Scott (Cadi), Little Elm, Texas. Also surviving Marilyn are three sons that she took on from a earlier time Mark, Fred, and Wayne Diem and their families.

Marilyn didn't believe you had to go to a church to believe...She believed with ALL her heart and soul.
