Marian Wood's Obituary
Marian J. Wood, age 74, of Port Huron, died October 4, 2010. She was born July 26, 1936 in St. Clair to the late Jerry and Alice Dixon.
Marian Dixon married Thomas Wood December 10, 1955 in St. Clair, he preceded her in death in 2006.
Marian was an LPN at Port Huron Hospital for 20 years, retiring in September of 1999.
She is survived by a daughter; Lisa Craig, brother; Chuck Dixon, sisters in law; Betty Anderson and Shirley (Fred) Arnold, two special nieces; Laura and Mary Vickers, great niece; Tina Shuler, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, sons; Peter and John Wood, and sister; Doris Vickers.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be conducted Monday October 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
