Margarete "Marge" Czerniawski's Obituary
Margarete “Marge” Czerniawski, age 84, of Marine City, passed away July 26, 2009. Marge was married to the late Tony Czerniawski for 59 years.
Marge was a long-time waitress at the Little Bar in Marine City.
Mrs. Czerniawski is survived by her children; Pam (Sam) Justa and Tony Czerniawski. Grandchildren; Stacey (Jim) MacNeil, Danielle (Dave) Mintz, Kelly (Gerry) Smith, Tony Czerniawski, and also 6 great-grandchildren. Siblings; Dorothy Karp, Robert Blake, and Tony (Alfreda) Bukowski. Sister-in-laws; Delores “Honey” Potrykus and Genny Bukowski. Preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-8pm at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or Holy Cross Activity Center.
