Marga Selma (nee Schmidt) Coverdill, age 95, of China Twp., formerly of Lathrup Village passed away November 25, 2013. She was born in Flensburg, Germany on September 30, 1918. Her parents, Kurt and Martha Schmidt brought her to A Read Obituary

Marga was a good friend of our mother, Milly Stevenson, who passed away in March of 2011 at age 95. Marga would send cards and poems to her when she was living at American House and couldn’t attend church services anymore. We visited the Congregational Church on several occasions and Marga was always so welcoming and friendly. We offer our condolences and God’s blessing to her family.
