To the Family,
Jamie,Andy, Kaylyn Wisnewski and Tim, Sonja,Nathan,Caleb,Emily Mackie, Mom and Grammy Loved you all Very Much and Prayed for you.
She had a Strong Lutheran Faith and I'm sure will be looking over her Loved Ones and Singing with the Angels!!
She always cherished the time we got to spend with you, With the medical issues and her schedule she lacked the flexibility to enjoy a lot that she would have liked to. Thank You Lynn,
Fate brought us together in 2005, what a Lady she was, and we had some common interests. The attraction was mutual, I guess we were looking for the same thing, someone that was grounded, had a Loving Family, and didn't sweat the small stuff so to speak.
I remember first meeting her best friend, Diana Gileanes at her home with an introduction and then a Big Hug!! Day I'll never forget! From there I met a lot of her friends and family. From Cancun, to snowmobile trips up north, road trips to wherever Lynn had Great Friends!! Gary and Linda Scott, family and friends The matriarch of the Family had to be Aunt Hazel, with work and such I didn't get to really know Aunt Hazel until after I retired. What a Wonderful woman she is! Lynn and I were able to spend some winters with her in Florida and Loved the weather,LOL We found us a place in 2013 and was ours in 2014. Wasn't much to start, but with Lynn's confidence and my work, retired anyway, we had a place in Florida, with parking for my junk and extra bedroom, nice big yard, no garage, cannot move without garage. We got that in 17. These last few years she so had looked forward to moving down there and visiting Michigan, lol
Life has it's ups and downs, twists and turns I was in a down cycle when we met and Lynn was the spark to pick me up and to get me moving again. Seems our lives and spirits just came together and there was nothing that could come between us.
I did have a setback after retiring and Lynn made it clear she was not going to stand for anything like that! After reflecting a short time I realized what this Wonderful woman meant to me. She did not deserve any less then the best I could give her.
I begged and pleaded with her to no avail, I seemed lost without her. Then I took the leap I had thought I took before,I sincerely made a commitment to Lynn that I would always be there for her! Always, Forever!
Since, we had Great Friends,Great Times, Great Vacations, with both of our friends and family. We grew, toward Our, goals and ambitions.
Old father time, was our biggest obstacle, when we both worked, as we all know there's just not enough time in the day! We enjoyed Christmas and New Years parties, camping,
Cruises, which Lynn really loved. As you know it's hard to make all the invites you get to be with friends. She did stay connected with her friends and family, she was a Facebook
junky, daily visits, with all who dropped a note or pic.lol
As you know Lynn was a very sociable person and after leaving the Motorcycle club, we started going up to the Clio Eagles. Aerie 3609. Of corse she made instant friends there with the car club and members in general as she was willing to help if needed. She is also a Charter Member of the 3609 Eagle Riders Group and was very involved with getting the charter and served as both Treasurer and Secretary and was Instrumental in setting up our annual camping trip to Muskegon, Mi The Riders Group has decided to rename the event in Her Honor. This year will be the 3rd Annual Lynn Mackie Summer Campout or something to that effect, Not exactly sure of the wording, but everyone is welcome to camp that weekend thru the Eagle Riders 3609. Mt. Garfield hillclimbs every other year, fruitport Eagles campground, on the off years of the Pro Hill climb.
Lynn you will be Sadly missed by All that you touched, Thanks for your Love and help, Judge
