Luella Gladys Muhlitner's Obituary
Luella Gladys Muhlitner, age 90, of China Twp., passed away peacefully July 10, 2017. She was born November 4, 1926 in Casco Twp. to the late Ralph and Lillie Lindow. On February 1, 1947 Luella married Allan Muhlitner. He preceded her in death in 1993.
Luella worked for the East China School District for many years and was always a wonderful homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She was a former member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Casco Twp. and currently a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair.
She is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Diane and Greg Cunningham of St. Clair and Debora and Lew Maynard of Traverse City; son-in-law, Ronald Dietlin; grandchildren, Allan (Monique) Cunningham, Andrew (Jena) Cunningham, Kristin (Greg) Kozlowski, Stacey (Dave) Lane and Lisa (Kurt) Moran; eleven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Jill Dietlin; brother, Melburn Lindow and sister, Violet Baumgarten.
Funeral services will be Wednesday July 19th at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Clair. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery. Visiting hours are Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the church prior to service.
