Lucille "Anne" MacLeod's Obituary
Lucille "Anne" MacLeod, age 69, of Marine City, went to be with the Lord on November 16, 2009 after a brief illness.
She was born February 3, 1940 to the late Albert and Margaret Zobl.
Anne was a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church, Marine City. She was a frequent visitor of the Riviera Restaurant, where she met with family and friends for meals.
She is survived by her sons; Steve MacLeod and Robert (Carole) MacLeod. Her daughter and best friend Sue (Joe) May.
Brother; Albert Zobl, Grandchildren; Joe May, Nicole (Adam) May, and Scott Muxlow.
Special friends; Ann Ward, Kip Solgot, and Pastor Troy Waite and several nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother Francis "Honk" Zoble and longtime companion Louis Smith.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Martin's Lutheran Church, Marine City, interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Marine City. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp.
