Laura Ann Rittenhouse's Obituary
Laura Ann Rittenhouse, age 69, of Algonac, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on January 5, 2020. She was born March 31, 1950 to the late Eugene and Roberta Henry. On July 19, 1968 Laura married Jerry Rittenhouse. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician in Cadillac for 20 years. Laura loved the outdoors and being on the water. She especially enjoyed fly fishing, boating, and kayaking. She was the oldest of 9 children. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Rittenhouse; children, Terry Rittenhouse-Day, and Jerry (Lisa) Rittenhouse; grandchildren, Conrad, James, Jared, and Haley; brothers, Martin (Leslie) Henry, Dennis Henry, Douglas Henry; sisters, Gail (Rick) Fauman, Linda Henry-Feder, Rebecca Henry-Muir, as well as many other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Paul and Michael Henry.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 12th at 2:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
