I will miss my sister Laura very much, when we were both young, most people who saw us though we were twins. We were less than a year appart and if you found one of us the other was always close by. We helped our parent raise our brothers and sister, enjoyed swiming in the river in the summer, ice skating in the winter. We played base ball with the kids in the area every summer. We had lots of fun building forts, snow ball fights, floating down the river on a iner tube. In 1970 I joined the Air Force and have been out of the area sence then, but Laura and I still kept in touch via letters and phone calls. When ever I was back in Michigan, I always made time to see my sister and I know at times it was hard for her to get arround but she would be by my side whenever I was there. We had fun organizing yard sales and swiming in the river even when we were in our fifties at our parents place. I feel bad that I haven't been home for a couple years, but we did talk on the phone. I hope Dale, Kathy, David, and the grand children remain strong and if you need me just let me know. I am happy knowing that Laura had a good husband who cared for her over 40 years, had children and the best grand children any one could ask for, I know they made her very happy because she told me so.
