Laura F. Geib's Obituary
Laura F. Geib, age 91, of Marine City passed away April 23, 2014 peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Francis and Susie Streitz on March 20, 1923 in Marine City. She married Earl Geib on March 9, 1943 in Marine City. He preceded her in death on July 26, 1985.
She is survived by her children; Ruth Ann (Ed) VanSlambrouck, Rose Marie (Wilfred) Jones, and
David (Lori) Geib. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, daughter in law, Kay Geib and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her son; Daniel Geib and 3 sisters and 1 brother.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday April 26 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A rosary will be said at 6:30 p.m. Memorials may be given to wishes of the family. To leave the family a message of comfort please visit: www.youngcolonial.com
