Kevin "Beefy" Volkman's Obituary
Kevin “Beefy” Volkman, age 47 of China Township, passed away November 10, 2021. He was born November 13, 1973 in East China Twp.
On October 29, 2005 Kevin married Ronda Furtah. Kevin was employed by Motor City Electric and a member of the IBEW Local 58 for over 20 years. He was also a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Casco Twp. When not working Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing and John Deere tractors.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Ronda Volkman; parents, Ken and Kathy Volkman; brothers, Kenny (Teresa) Volkman and Charlie (Lisa) Volkman; father in law and mother in law, Ron and Bev Furtah; sister in law, Tonya Furtah; best friend, Chris “Lumpy” Brown and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was recently predeceased by his faithful companion Saydi.
Funeral service will be Tuesday November 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery. Visiting hours are Monday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.
