Kathy C. Pavlik-White's Obituary
Kathy C. Pavlik-White, age 64, of Marysville, passed away peacefully with her family at her side and her husband holding her hand, following a long courageous battle with cancer on June 27, 2025. Kathy was born July 21, 1960 in Rochester, Michigan to the late John J. and Agnes Pavlik.
Kathy graduated from St. Clair High School. She married Greg White on February 21, 2004 in Lake Tahoe. Kathy held many working positions in her lifetime. Always eager to serve others, over the years, she worked for Achatz Catering, The Pilot House, B.P. Gas Station in Casco Twp., Adair Salvage and River District Hospital.
Kathy also looked forward to a good time, whether it be scratching off lotto tickets, polka dancing, camping, gardening or just helping a friend in need. She enjoyed anything that put her in the presence of her family and friends. Spending much of her youth in Adair, Kathy maintained a lifetime friendship and unique bond with her “Gal Pals”. She loved the zaniness, unpredictability and camaraderie when they were together.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Greg White; brother and sister in law, John and Gayle Pavlik; brother in law, Gary Gill Sr.; sister in law and brother in law, Janet and Craig Worley; brother in law, Rick White; sister in law, Karen White and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Gill.
The family would like to recognize and thank the Blue Water Hospice and Marwood Manor for the attentive loving care given to Kathy in her hours of need.
Pozegnanie (Farewell in Polish)
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 2nd from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. A rosary recital will be at 7:00 p.m.
Due to the holiday a funeral mass will be held Saturday, July 12th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Christopher Catholic Church, Marysville. The family will receive visitors prior to mass 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
