I just learned of Katie's passing and I'm heartbroken. We were long time friends from elementary through high school and were maids of honor in each other's weddings. Although life made it difficult to see each other, we always stayed in touch. I will always love you dear friend. Rest in peace until we meet again
Kathy was a great sister and friend and I will miss her. Many happy memories over the years from family get togethers to going to Flower Day at Eastern Market every May and many others. I know the last few years, especially, have been a big struggle for her and none of us truly know what it was like for her. While I'm sad that she is gone I know she is at peace. My heart goes out to Dennis, Kristie, Carrie and their families.
