Kathleen "Kathy" Decker's Obituary
Kathleen “Kathy” Decker, age 76, of East China Twp., passed away peacefully at home in her family’s loving care on March 28, 2020.
Kathy was born February 7, 1944 in St. Clair to Robert and Hazel Bostick. She was a key punch operator at the Detroit Gasket for 17 years and cherished many memories from her working days.
Kathy’s favorite hobby was shopping. She also enjoyed her soap operas, but the time she shared with her family is what she loved most.
She is survived by her son, Doug (Laura) Decker; daughter, Dawn Decker; grandchildren, Shannon, Ashley, Bridgette, Kirk, and Kyle Dano, Madison Decker and Carter Greenlaw; great grandchildren, Ellie, Sarenity, Destiny and Michael; brother, Daniel (Karen) Bostick; sister, Karen Westbrook and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Hazel Bostick; brother in law, Gene Westbrook and niece, Sheri (Westbrook) Salo.
Private family visitation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at Rosehill Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
