Katherine "Kay" Young's Obituary
Katherine “Kay” Young, age 86, of St. Clair, died April 28, 2015. She was born June 15, 1928 in Kentucky to the late John and Gladys Young. Kay’s many years of employment were for businesses in St. Clair. She started at Polle & Kittendorf Grocery then Schlinkert’s Lumber Yard and concluded her career at Church’s Lumber. She also attended the First United Methodist Church, St. Clair.
She is survived by her daughter, Pat Stephan, grandchildren; Tammy (Jon) Martin, Jim Weier and Paul Stephan, great grandchildren; Lexis Weier and Colin Stephan and many nieces and nepews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Hugh Young.
Funeral services will be Monday May 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.
