Katherine "Katie" Marie Currier's Obituary
Katherine “Katie” Marie Currier, age 40 of Avoca, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family on February 12, 2025. Katie was born August 8, 1984 in Port Huron.
Katie attended Woodland Developmental Center in Marysville for many years. The love Katie felt when in the presence of her family is what she enjoyed most.
She was blessed with loving parents, Gerald and Shirley Currier; her brother, Gerald Currier II and niece, Lily Currier. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also shared their love with Katie.
Katie was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Currier; grandparents, Joseph and Doris Currier and Marvin and Alice Williams and her uncle Don Williams.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 19th at 11:30 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Tuesday 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday prior to service 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
