Karen M. Jazowski's Obituary
Karen Jazowski (nee Milewski) of Columbus Twp., MI passed away on October 18, 2023. She was born on October 26, 1947 to the late Stella and Alphonse Miewski.
The day we are born, God issues a passport. It has all the ups, the downs, the joys, and the memories in it. The very last page has a date and a sentence saying "return to sender". Karen has been returned to heaven to enjoy all those who passed before her.
Karen is survived by her loving husband; Ronald, her children; Nathan (Tina) Jazowski, Emily (Patrick) Rinehart, Julie (Eric) Gordon, her grandchildren; Trentin Jazowski, Quinn Rinehart, Riley Rinehart, Violet Gordon, Francesca Gordon and her brother; Christopher (Carole) Milewski.
Karen was a long-time member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clair. She worked as the religious ed Secretary, and ran the fish fry for a number of years.
Karen's work history included NBD Bank, Essex Wire, Kmart Corp., Ascension Moross, Ascension River District and St. Mary's School.
Karen suffered from Parkinson's and Dementia for a number of years being lovingly cared for by her husband Ron assisted by her grandson Trentin. She will be truly missed.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 24 at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Monday, October 23 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
Rosary will be said at 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening.
