Karen Lorayne Brinker's Obituary
Karen Lorayne Brinker, age 71, of Capac, passed away May 26, 2025. She was born June 14, 1953 in Highland Park to the late Charles and Rita LaFord.
On May 29, 1976 Karen married Norbert Brinker. Karen’s family was the centerpiece of her life. She cherished every moment shared with her grandchildren. Being among her family and friends is where Karen felt most at home. She looked forward to the Brinker family camping trips each year. Karen also loved her trips to the Bahamas and spending time in South Carolina visiting family. She was also an avid bowler.
Karen is survived by her husband of 48 years, Norbert Brinker; daughter and son in law, Rachelle and Josh Anderson; son and daughter in law, Earl and Erika Brinker; grandchildren, Ethan, Bristol, Oliver and Edison and brother and sister in law, Kenneth and Carrie LaFord.
Karen was predeceased by her sister, Charalyn LaFord.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
