Joyce Ann Springborn's Obituary
Joyce Ann Springborn, age 89, of East China, passed away peacefully October 16, 2022. She was born to Ann and Stewart Bradley in Detroit on April 29, 1933.
Joyce attended St. Mary’s school and enjoyed her weekends with her loving parents at the farm in Lapeer. She went on to graduate from the Detroit Business College and started her career at the Packard Motor Car Company where she met Ken. They married on October 13, 1956 and moved to Warren. She began working at the Center Line Schools, where their two children, Brad and Carrie, attended. Joyce and Ken retired in 1994 to move closer to their family where they spent 20+ years enjoying endless hours playing euchre, games, scrabble, swimming, and just enjoying their time together. She enjoyed volunteering and helping others. Joyce enjoyed taking cruises with Ken and their lifelong friends, fellow members of Club Mohawk. She also loved traveling to Disney with her family. Joyce added so much fun, love, and laughs to everyone’s life and she will always be our favorite “Peach Queen”.
