Mrs. Joyce M. Jarnot's Obituary
Joyce M. Jarnot, 74, of Harsens Island, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, December 21st. She is survived by husband Felix Ralph Jarnot, brother Jim (Raffie) Evans, sons Ralph (Cheryl) Jarnot, Scott (Daniela) Jarnot, grandchildren Christen (George) Cottrell, Nicole, Sarah, Maria, Rebecca, Noah and Ben Jarnot and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by parents Clarence and Loretta Evans and granddaughter Jessica Jarnot.
Joyce was loved by many people she encountered throughout her 74 years of life. She was a selfless and caring woman who wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. Joyce was an exceptional baker; known for her delicious cheesecakes and Christmas cookies. She always baked for others whether for family, friends or even her doctor.
Most importantly, Joyce was a wonderful wife, a phenomenal mother, an extraordinary grandmother and an outstanding friend. She was deeply loved by many and she will forever hold a special place in all of the hearts of the people who loved her.
A private family gathering has been conducted.
