Joseph Earl Landra's Obituary
Joseph Earl Landra, age 67, of St. Clair, died December 5, 2011. He was born October 6, 1944 in Harbor Beach to the late Joseph and Alice Landra. On March 21, 1986 Joe married Ann Emerich in St. Clair. He worked for 35 years as chef at the Detroit Edison and was affectionately known as "Little Joe". Joe loved fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years Ann Landra, daughter and son in law; Jo-Ann and Kyle Blake, brother; James (Margaret) Landra, sisters; Priscilla (Melvin) Hearit, Sandy (Burton) Hiller and Linda (James) Czarnecki, father in law and mother in law; Ed and Iris Emerich, brothers in law; Gary Emerich, Steven (Debra) Emerich and Thomas (Linda) Emerich, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister in law; Jackie Emerich Basnaw.
Graveside services will be conducted Thursday December 8th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Clair. Memorials may be made to the Cleveland Clinic. Arrangements are by Young Funeral Home, China Twp. www.youngcolonial.com
