Dearest neighbor and Pavlov family, When my father passed away, I remember Joe so much. Ready to be a part of a Veteran's funeral service and thank you, Phil for bringing your father. Joe was a warm and friendly personality that drew a person close to him. He was a joy to be around. My prayers are for family and friends at this difficult hour.
