Joseph T. Cielecki's Obituary
Joseph Cielecki, age 78, of East China, died April 30, 2012. He was born to the late Joseph and Irene Cielecki in Detroit on March 6, 1934. He married Sally McNiff on October 6, 1962 in Richmond. He served in the U.S. Army and later in the Reserves. He retired from Chrysler Corporation after 32 years of service. He enjoyed spending his spare time at the cabin in Indian River.
He is survived by his wife; Sally Cielecki, children; Harold (Diane) Huber, Kim Greben, Joseph Jr.(Belinda) Cielecki, Niece; Gwendolyn (David) Danneels. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and his sister; Alice Page. He was preceded in death by two grandsons and his sister; Sophie Osko.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Joseph's life will be held Monday May 7 at 1:00 p.m. at Southeastern Michigan Conservation Club located at 2402 South Belle River Rd., Marine City. Arrangements by Young Funeral Home, China Twp. www.youngcolonial.com
