Sue, I was so sorry to hear about Gator. Even though I didn't know him well, I knew that he was a kind and caring man. The one memory that stands out occurred at Linda and Deans airshow party, it was our uncles 90th birthday. I told Gator about it, he helped me carry out the cake, and made sure everyone sang happy birthday to my uncle, also a vet. It brought a rare tear to my uncle's eye, and to mine. I will always remember him for that. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to Sue and the Bertrand Family. Joe was a true friend and a super nice guy. Over the 20 years we knew Joe, he always had a smile on his face no matter where he was on post. We always enjoyed time spent with him. He will deeply be missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Joe, Sue and the Bertrand Family. God Bless.

Our deepest sympathy to "Gator's" family. Of course he will be missed, but more importantly, he will be remembered for the good he did for his fellow veterans.

The best things in life are the people we LOVE,
the places we've been,
and the memories we've made.
May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead.

My sister and I met Joe at Tacom, we were working for MJM Restoration, he talked to us for awhile, he seemed like a really nice guy, glad I had the opportunity to meet him. So from all of us at MJM Restoration, we send prayers to his Family & Friends, and may he rest in Peace.
