John L. Bennett, age 64, of Columbus Twp., died August 30, 2011. He was born June 23, 1947 in Waynesville, Missouri.
On June 14, 1969 John married Joann LeVey in Roseville, Mich.
John was a 25 year employee of Chrysler Corp. and a 10 year employee of Ford Motor Co.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Joann Bennett.
Children; John (Kim) Bennett and Carol Seefried, grandchildren; Ally, Taylor, John, Joseph, Eddie, Holley, Halley, Joanie and Matt, siblings; Jim Bennett, Judy Becker and Ken Bennett and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Mary Carol Bennett.
Visiting hours are Thursday September 1st 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. and a service will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Thursday September 1st.
