Mr. John (JB) Martin Bark's Obituary
John (JB) Martin Bark, 56, of St. Clair, lost his courageous journey with cancer in his favorite place to be, his home, on July 5, 2012.
He was a very proud, caring, loving father and his greatest joy and love in life was raising and spending time with his boys Michael and Scott.
Born May 15, 1956 to Florence and Melvin Bark Jr., in St. Clair where he resided his entire life, graduating from St. Clair High School in 1974 and marrying Patricia Skonieczny on September 13, 1980.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Patricia, sons; Michael and Scott, father; Melvin, father in law and mother in law; Leonard and Marilyn Skonieczny, brothers; Steve (Nancy Fox), Brian (Sharon) and Dean (Darlene), sisters; Sharon (Walt) Gauthier, Joann (Bob) Schunn, sisters in law; Linda Garza and Judy (Jerry) Lamb, brother in law; Rick Skonieczny and many nieces, nephews, special friends and his dog; Harley.
John was preceded in death by his mother; Florence Bark (July 2000), brothers; Melvin (April 1974) and Gordon (May 2010). John was also preceded in death by his loving companions; PeeWee and Palomine.
John loved to hunt, fish, play hockey, watching baseball and spending time in the back garage. He also loved to go to opening day of the St. Clair Little League. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 324.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday July 9th at 1:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.
Visiting hours are Sunday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Clair Little League.
