John Kierszykowski's Obituary
John Kierszykowski, age 93, of Marine City, died December 21, 2015. He was born May 9, 1922 in Memphis, Michigan to the late Ignacy and Pelagia “Pearl” Kierszykowski. On February 14, 1948 John married Elda Elsholz. John proudly served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by his sons; John (Sandi) Kierszykowski and Roger (Connie) Kierszykowski, grandchildren; Shari Wilson, Michael, Jeremy, Jared and Derek Kierszykowski and great grandsons; Codie and Andrew Wilson. John was preceded in death by his wife Elda Kierszykowski on August 25, 2015 and also ten brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday December 28th at 11 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment with military honors will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City. Visitation will be Sunday December 27th from 3 to 8 p.m. and Monday 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.
