John D. Duchene's Obituary
John D. Duchene, age 67, of Marine City, died October 3, 2012. He was born June 21, 1945 in St.Clair to the late Leonard and Marie "Peekie" Duchene.
He worked for Ford Motor Co. for 15 years and was self employed until his retirement.
He is survived by his children; John K. Duchene, Joel L. Duchene, Jason D. (Sasha) Duchene, grandchildren; Cody and Tyler Duchene, brother; David L.(Liz) Duchene, sister; Linden (Richard) Poffenbarger, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Leonard Duchene.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 8th at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Marine City. Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family. www.youngcolonial.com
