Dear Cummings Family -- Carole (Richard) - please know my thoughts and prayers have been with the both of you and your entire family these past few days .... As you may recall,, I live just down the street on Meldrum circle from where your parents used to live and they were both spectacular people,, very genuine individuals and always gave a big smile.
One day while I was leaving the court house building parking lot -- I saw a brief case just sitting on the drive-way --- I picked it up and there was Judge John Cummings name tag on it --- and it was of course a time when Dad was in a such a hurry he simply just drove off ..... as I mentioned above... living just down the street from where Mom & Dad lived --- I just took the briefcase with me and dropped it by your parents house.... Mom had answered the door and was kind-of "OMG" - what !!! --- I cannot believe John just drove off without his briefcase (a very treasured item - LOL) --- it was a funny laugh Mom and I had ,,, and a good one to always razz your Dad about --- on a concluding note... Your Dad was great to share coffee with an just chat --- He and I would meet EARLY and discuss life's issues !!! a real "Caring" person who really helped me...
Anyways -- once again.. Just know that you have been in my prayers and know that both your parents were amazing "Gift's" to all who had the "Privilege" ok knowing them.
