Joel Richard Angove's Obituary
Joel Richard Angove, age 30, of Smiths Creek, passed away unexpectedly on December 16, 2020. He was born September 5, 1990 to Timothy and Barbara Angove. Joel graduated from Marysville high school in 2009. Where he was a part of the school wrestling team. He worked as a journeyman line clearance tree trimmer for IBEW Local 17. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening. He especially cherished the time spent with his children, Hunter Joseph and Marleigh Magnolia- Rayne. He was a great father who lived for his kids.
He is survived by his children, Hunter Joseph, Marleigh Magnolia-Rayne Angove; parents, Timothy and Barbara Angove; sister, Ashley (Jeff) Verbeke; nieces and nephew, Ellie, Lainie, Leo Verbeke; grandmothers, Eleanor Angove, Linda Gilbert; significant other, Joslynn Miller, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
He is preceded in death by grandfathers Ernest Angove, James Simons and Albert Simons and cousins

A funeral service will be Tuesday, December 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visitation will be Monday, December 21 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the wishes of the family to go towards a fund for Joel’s children, Hunter and Marleigh.
