Joan F. Smith's Obituary
Joan F. Smith, age 73, of St. Clair Twp., died June 22, 2011. She was born May 26, 1938 in Detroit to the late Benjamin and Gertrude Zimmer.
On April 12, 1958 Joan Zimmer married Eldon "Smitty" Smith, he preceded her in death on October 5, 2010. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She is survived by her children; Karen (Dave) Radermacher, Carl (Tina) Smith and Laura (David Corry), 15 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, siblings; Rosemary (Don) McDonald, Toby (Gloria) Zimmer, Janet Zimmer and Bonnie (Joe) Nino, sister in law; Janie Zimmer. She was preceded in death by a brother James Zimmer.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held Saturday July 16th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Clair.
