Jeffrey Edward Kosztowny's Obituary
Jeffrey Edward Kosztowny, age 55, of Marine City, suddenly passed away peacefully March 3, 2024. He was born October 4, 1968 in Detroit to Thomas and Nancy Kosztowny. Jeff graduated from trade school and upon years as a mechanic he received his master mechanic license. His love for being a mechanic was passed down to by him to his sons which they found their love of the trades.
Jeff loved riding his motorcycles, watching hockey avid Red Wings fan, cooking and teaching everyone how to cook. He enjoyed traveling whenever he could get the chance. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. Above all he enjoyed the time he spent with his family and dogs.
He is survived by his children, David (Lindsay Rourke) Kosztowny, Matthew Kosztowny, Alexa (Elrich) Keophilaylay; father, Thomas (Sandra) Kosztowny; grandson, Avery Keophilaylay; sister, Michele Bastain, several nieces and nephews and his fur babies, Thunder and Lightning.
Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Jurewicz; stepfathers, Robin Whitelay and JJ Jurewicz.
A Celebration of life will be held Friday March 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City with visiting from 10:30 a.m. at church until time of service. Memorials may be made to wishes of the family. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
